Privacy Notice

How we look after your data.

Bliss The Beauty Company (operated by Rosa Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company no. 09766720) treats your personal information with the care we would expect for our own. This page explains exactly what we collect, why, who can see it, and the choices you have over it.

Effective: April 27, 2026

Who we are

We are Rosa Group Ltd (registered in England and Wales, company no. 09766720), trading as Bliss The Beauty Company. We are based in the United Kingdom and serve customers in the US through this website. Our company is the controller of the personal information we collect.

What we collect

When you buy a course or sign in: your name, email, default language and country, the courses you have enrolled in, the lessons you have completed, and your order history.

When you pay: your card or wallet details are handled directly by Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your full card number. We keep a transaction reference and the amount paid so we can issue refunds and receipts.

When you browse: aggregated, anonymous analytics so we know which pages people read.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Why we collect it

To run your account, take payment, send you receipts and sign-in links, deliver your certificate, and improve the platform.

We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We never share your information with advertisers.

Who has access

Our small team, on a need-to-know basis.

Our service providers, only for the slice they need: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Hetzner Online (server hosting), Cloudflare (caching), Backblaze B2 (encrypted off-site backups). Each is bound by a contract that limits use to the service they provide.

How long we keep it

As long as your account is active. If you ask us to delete it we anonymize the personal fields and keep the order history in anonymized form for our accounting obligations.

Inactive accounts get a reminder after two years and are anonymized automatically after three years of inactivity.

Your choices

You can request a copy of the information we have about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop using it for non-essential purposes such as analytics.

To exercise any of these choices, email us. We respond within 45 days. There is no charge for a reasonable request.

California, Virginia, Colorado, and Connecticut residents have additional state-law rights, including the right to opt out of any sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell or share for that purpose, but you can still email us to confirm.

International data

Your information is processed by us in the United Kingdom and stored on servers in Germany. We use service providers that operate globally and rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies, listed in our cookie banner the first time you visit. Strictly-necessary cookies cannot be disabled because the site does not function without them. Analytics and marketing cookies are off by default until you accept.

Updates

We update this notice when our practices change. The effective date at the top tells you when.
