BLISS, The Beauty Company

Terms of Service

The agreement between us.

These terms govern your use of the Bliss The Beauty Company website and the courses sold through it. By creating an account or buying a course you agree to them. If anything is unclear, email us before you buy and we will explain in plain language.

Effective: 27 April 2026

Who we are

Bliss The Beauty Company is a trading name of Rosa Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 09766720). The website you are using is operated by us. References to "we", "us", and "our" in these terms mean Rosa Group Ltd.

What you are buying

When you purchase a course you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access the course materials (videos, written notes, downloadable guides) for the access period stated on the course page. Online courses currently grant 12 months of unlimited access. The access window starts on the date of purchase.

Course content is the intellectual property of Bliss and our instructors. You may stream and download the materials for your own personal study. You may not record, redistribute, resell, share login credentials, or upload our content to any third-party platform.

A certificate is issued automatically once you have completed every lesson in a paid course. The certificate is verifiable through the unique link printed on it.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown on each course page in the currency of the region you are browsing (GBP for the UK store). The price you pay is the price displayed at the moment of checkout, including any applicable VAT.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your full card details. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and major debit and credit cards are supported.

If a price is shown incorrectly due to a clear error, we may cancel and refund the order before access is granted.

Refund policy (7-day money-back)

You can cancel within seven days of purchase for any reason and receive a full refund. To request a refund, email us within the seven-day window. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within five working days.

After the seven-day window we are happy to discuss a partial refund on a case-by-case basis (for example, a serious technical fault that prevents access). We do not offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind once the window has closed.

This refund policy is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law (the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, where applicable).

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. We use magic-link sign-in, so the security of your email account directly affects the security of your Bliss account.

Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend an account that shows signs of credential sharing or content piracy.

Acceptable use

Use the platform for personal study and professional development. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape content programmatically, copy our materials for commercial use, or use the platform to harass anyone.

We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated breaches. Where we do, you forfeit the unused portion of your access window and are not entitled to a refund.

Availability and changes

We aim for the platform to be available 24/7 but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the service for maintenance or to address security issues. We will give reasonable notice for planned maintenance.

We may update course materials over time. Updates are included in your existing access at no extra charge. We will not retroactively remove a lesson you have already accessed.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law (death, personal injury, fraud, statutory rights of consumers).

Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us for the course in question in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity).

Changes to these terms

We update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top tells you when. Material changes are announced by email to active customers at least 14 days before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers retain their right to bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence.
